Yes. We can follow up in Japan, put the quotes on the same basis, identify missing information, request current terms and prepare a supplier recommendation.
What does “Japan-side agent” mean?
We use your requirements in supplier communication, comparison, negotiation and order coordination in Japan. You retain approval of the product, supplier and binding order.
Are you the importer of record or customs broker?
Not by default. We coordinate Japan-side sourcing, supplier communication and available shipping documents. Destination-market import responsibility and customs clearance remain with the buyer or its appointed provider unless separately agreed in writing.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product, specification, packaging and supplier. Tell us your expected initial and annual volume so we can explore relevant options.
Can I request samples first?
Yes. Sample availability, selection and shipping terms are confirmed after reviewing your business requirements.
Do you offer organic matcha?
Organic options can be explored. Certification and suitability for your destination market must be confirmed for the specific product.
Can you support private label packaging?
Private-label options can be arranged according to your specification, quantity, packaging needs and destination.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on quality, origin, harvest, volume, certification, packaging and current availability. This is why we quote against a brief rather than publish fixed prices.
Can you support ongoing supply?
Longer-term requirements can be discussed. Supply planning and allocation depend on the selected product and confirmed availability.
